  • His father's film productions were a failure for the majority that led to poor financial conditions. He said that about 30 calls a day from lenders asked for money and he still ran the risk of being dismissed from school because he did not pay any fees.
  • He loved balloons and kits in his youth.
  • At the age of 8, he began his youth acting career in the film Yaadon Ki Baaraat, regarded as the first Bollywood masala film.
