He has appeared in several business trades such as Airtel, Tide, Colgate, LG, Sprite, etc. Here's a video that shows it on a Sprite announcement: Before joining the Chinese industry, he worked for 2 years as a radiographer RJ in Mumbai, from 2002 to 2004.

As Head of Superintendent Hanuman Prasad Pandey, he played a popular television from Sitcom-FIR india, for which he was praised by critics. In 2008 he also organized "Extra Innings T20" for IPL, broadcast on SET Max.

His role as Dushyant Sahu, also Dash, in Shaitaan, an Indian crime-thriller, made him famous. In addition, he is also nominated for many categories. After so much effort and hard work he had the lead in an Indian thriller entitled "7 Hours To Go".

He also worked with the famous Bollywood actor, Akshay Kumar, in the Boss film. Shiv enjoys reading books and usually reads two books at the same time. During his acting career he directed several short films titled The Private Life by Albert Pinto, The Other Woman, Jai Mata Di, Paagal, Koi Hai and Bulbul.
