His parents wanted him to become an engineer, but he was not interested in studying. He was more focused on sports. He played rugby for a club in Delhi. At the age of 16, he began playing with Yodha Prithviraj Chauhan in Star Plus with Dharti Ka Veer, where he played Jaichand brother of the young Prithvi Raj Chauhan.
He has become famous after working for renowned international designer Roberto Cavalli as part of his advertising campaigns, and has been relegated twice in various magazines such as Redbook, Gladrags and Men's Health.
In 2007 he won Mr. Gujarat and also was the second finalist of the Gladrags' mega-top contest. When he was 22, he heard the Anubhav Sinha movie and was selected. He then moves to Mumbai, but the movie separates.

Before joining the Chinese industry, he worked as assistant director in the films "Dostana" and "My Name Is Khan". The famous designer Manish Malhotra helped him much in his first difficult days. Sidharth Malhotra as vice president of My Name is Khan.
In 2008 he will make his debut in Bollywood with the film Modo, next to Priyanka Chopra, but because of his contract with Gladrags that could not happen. For his Brothers movie he took about 10 kg of weight, at the level of physical Akshay Kumar. In addition he also bathed in ice water.
He said in an interview that chocolate was his weakness. He can train more, but he can not do it without it. He loves dogs and has a pets. He also campaigns for the animal organization PETA.
