When she was in the 4th standard, she dreamed when she heard the voice of Lataji live. In an interview she revealed that she was born with a crazy voice. During a child she was seriously ill with severe pneumonia.

When Anuradha was admitted to the hospital, one of her uncles offered her a recording of Bhagwad Geeta's voice in Lataji, and when she got back, her voice changed completely. Then she began to form her voice.

Lata Mangeshkar is nothing less than a god for Anuradha Paudwal, who recognizes her with all her successes. She says: "I learned from different gurus, but his voice was my inspiration, it's like an institution."

Anuradha has participated actively in her school and college activities and has won several awards. His first prize went to one of the Meera de Lataji Bhajans. During one of these school events she was excused for her crazy voice with the commentaries of the judges: "To vote unsuitable for Sugam Sangeet."

Once Arun took her to one of the recordings of Lata Mangeshkar de Lataji. Anuradha listened so carefully that she could sing the song live in "Yuva Vani", a very popular program in Marathi; heard by many people. Laxmikant-Pyarelal, Hridaynath Mangeshkar and some of the greatest composers called the radio station to find out who sang.
